General information
- Most repairs take 24 hours from the time you drop off the PC.
- You do not need an appointment so come by at your convenience.
- Your repair might take longer than normal if there is a major problem or parts need to be special ordered.
- If you have a desktop computer just bring in the computer itself.
- If you have a laptop computer please bring in the AC adapter.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction gurantee on the work we do. This does not include customers reinfecting a fresh OS install or failure of internal parts that were not replaced during the inital service.
