Thank you for shopping at ISORM.com. By placing an order on our website, you
signify your acceptance of the Terms of Sale set forth herein. Please take a
moment to read through our terms thoroughly. These terms may be updated at any
time; please check back occasionally for updates.
Most important things to understand before you order from us.
1. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned to us in 14 days in like new condition.
2. Items sold on our site carry a 21-day warranty against defect from us, additional coverage, if any, is provided solely by the products manufacturer
3. No returns on retail boxed CPUs once they have been opened unless they are defective which it shall be exchange only.
4. No returns on OEM or retail software.
5. Computers, TVs, and Notebooks are exchange only within 14 days, no returns are accepted
6. Defective items may be exchanged within 21 days of the ship date to you pending all original materials are returned
7. We do not warranty any item that has been physical damaged, altered, or mis used.
8. If there is an order discrepancies upon receiving your items we must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery date.
9. We do not offer technical support, please contact the manufacturer for help.
10. Shipping is never refundable
11. All returns require an RMA number
New computers and special orders cannot be returned for refund and are on an exchange only basis.
Unless otherwise noted, products sold by ISORM.com are covered by our 21-day warranty against
manufacturers defects, after that you must deal with the manufacturer of that product. Software comes with
no warranty from us. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 21-day warranty period
are specified on the products individual pages. ISORM.com makes no representations or
warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold
on this site. ISORM.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied,
of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not
limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that
the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ISORM.com arising from any product
sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event
shall ISORM.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for
special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
If for some reason you purchased the wrong item it may be returned to us within 21 days in like
new condition including all manuals, cables, and boxes and a refund
will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and minus shipping charges. (except for Computers, TVs, Notebooks, Software)
Defective
items may be returned for exchange within 21 days of purchase, after that you must deal with the manufacturer. This time period begins on the day we ship the product to you.
Shipping charges that you paid originally are NON-REFUNDABLE and you must pay ALL
shipping charges to return your product to us. Before returning a product for exchange you must
receive a RMA number from us, RMA numbers requested after 21 days will be rejected. Please use a shipping carrier who offers a tracking service and insurance.
*No returns on retail boxed CPUs once they have been opened. Retail CPUs carry a 3 year manufacturer warranty and must be serviced by the original manufacturer.
*No returns on OEM or retail software.
*Computers and Notebooks are exchange only, no returns are accepted.
ISORM Computer Systems supports and encourage all customers to
comply with the licensing agreements outlined by the software
manufacturers. Failure to do so will result in fines and penalties as
determined by the software manufacturer. ISORM does not assume
liability for software installed on any customers computer and leaves
the customer liable to comply with all licensing agreements.
1 Year Limited Warranty on Computer
Systems
ISORM Computers warranties all of our computer systems for one
year from manufacturers defects including:
System fans are not covered due to the fact they fail usually because of
dust conditions in the place of operation.
ISORM will make repairs at the store address only and local
customers may bring their system in for repair. If you purchase a
computer and are not local you must obtain an RMA number from us and
ship your system to us at your own expense. We suggest that you
packaged it well and insure it. If the computer does not have hardware problems
and the issue lies with the software you will be billed a flat fee of $59 for its
repair and YOU are responsible for the return shipping fees.
All peripherals including: printers, monitors, and scanner will be
subject to the manufacturers warranty and are not serviceable by us.
Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to ISORM. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. If you return any physically damaged item to ISORM, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
ISORM is not liable for any operating systems, software programs,
or customer data loaded on the computer system after delivery date.
BACK UP DAILY!
ISORM will offer limited phone support (5 minutes max) for
software. Extensive software support will be billed at a rate of $59
per hour
WE DO NOT TEACH YOU HOW TO USE YOUR COMPUTER ONLY
TROUBLESHOOTING!!
ISORM does not warranty parts that have been damaged by surges,
spikes, brown outs, or lightning strikes, or abuse.

representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with

expressly disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with
respect to the website or its use, including but not limited to the
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your agree that our
website, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives is not
liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the website.
You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all
damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect,
compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability to the Products Sold
All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 21 day parts only
warranty from the date of delivery. You agree that the sole and exclusive
maximum liability to ISORM Computers from any product sold in the website is
the price of the product ordered. In no event is our website, its directors,
officers, employees, and representatives liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to the products sold.
Use
We grants you the permission to view this website for your own personal use
provided that you agree to and accept without modification the notices, and
conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions
herein should not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any
additional documents that purport to be an agreement of the parties. Any attempt
to supplement or amend this document in order to place an order for any
product(s) that is/are subjected to the additional or altered terms and
conditions shall be considered null and void.
Products and orders
We are continually updating and revising the products that we sell through
this website. As such, products may be discontinued at any time and differences
between what is shipped and what is described may occur on occasion. While we
will use all reasonable efforts to fulfill any orders we receive, we cannot
guarantee the availability of a particular product displayed in the website.
Inspection: The BUYER shall inspect the Goods at delivery and shall notify
ISORM of any defects or discrepancies within one (1) day of receipt of Goods.
Price Matching: ISORM.com does not price match competitors but will honor
our advertised prices on Pricewatch.com. For your convenience, all of our most
current pricing is listed on our web site and updated in real-time. Prices are
non-negotiable.
Product Testing: ISORM.com, like other e-tailers, ships items in the
condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor.
ISORM.com does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise. If
you purchase a complete computer then your item is tested.
General Ordering Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our
acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall
immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount
charged. Certain orders placed must obtain our pre-approval with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require
additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any
orders.
Cancel orders: You may request than an order be cancelled provided the
order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-813-264-0408
during ISORM.com hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will
receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately
1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests
via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the
order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Payment Methods
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and
PayPal. For your protection we only ship to the address on record of your credit
card company.
Tax
The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes in
the state of Florida. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility
of and should be paid by the customer.
Technical Support
Computers: If you purchase a pre-built computer from us we offer free
technical support for your questions.
Hardware: If you purchase hardware we does not offer any sort of
technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make
product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice. We post all
of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience.
Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical
questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at
ISORM.com.
Returns and Warranty
All of our items are protected by a 21 day warranty. If your item is
defective and within warranty you may contact one of friendly customer service
representatives in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice
and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be
included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find
the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur repair charges and be
responsible for the return shipping cost. Within 21 day of your order shipping if
you ordered the wrong item you may return it pending it is unopened. Upon
receipt there will be a credit issued minus a 15% restocking fee and minus
original shipping charges. If another order is placed for the correct item the
restocking fee will be waived.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at ISORM.com will effectively void
our standard and/or Extended Warranty coverage. Improper installation of CPU
fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped,
burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned
for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to
improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
ISORM.com encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged
CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem
and may result in applicable warranty coverage being voided. Because Intel and
AMD do not accept physically damaged processors, ISORM.com will return any
physically damaged CPU to you at your expense.
Software
Retail software may only be returned for refund within 14 days of the
invoice date if the packaging is unopened and untampered with. Opened retail
software cannot be returned for refund. If you have opened a retail software
purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the
software for an identical replacement by contacting ISORM.com Customer Service
at support@isorm.com and acquiring an RMA number. All OEM software including the
operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM
versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to
another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to
comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility
for providing all end-user support. ISORM.com is not responsible for
system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify
software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the
respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as
minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.
Errors and Mistakes Handling
While we strive to provide an error-free website, we cannot guarantee that
all content herein is 100% accurate and/or complete, including prices, product
information, product specifications and product compatibility. As such, we
reserve the right to correct errors in prices as they are discovered, revoke any
stated offer and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The
right extends to orders that have already been submitted and accepted by our
website.
General
We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under
which this website is offered without notice at any time. You hereby agree that
no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between
you and our website as a result of this agreement or your use of this website.
This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and
proposals, whether electronics, oral or verbal, between you and our website with
respect to this website.
Trademarks
The trademarks, used and displayed in this website are registered and
unregistered trademarks of the suppliers and manufacturers of the products
offered for sale in this website. Nothing contained within this website should
be considered as granting any right to use any trademark displayed in the
website, without the prior written permission of the trademark owner.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon ISORM.com until it is
accepted; ISORM.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment
for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by
credit card, or some other method prearranged with ISORM.com. You agree to pay
the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on
all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by
law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and
handling charges shown on the ISORM.com invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss
ISORM.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer,
Freight On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) --
excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to
the carrier. ISORM.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the
product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow
ISORM.com to sign appropriate documents on Customers behalf to permit ISORM.com
to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain
with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement
of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license
agreement once the seal on the package is broken. ISORM.com will advise Customer
of estimated shipping dates, but ISORM.com will, under no circumstances, be
responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond
its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public
enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil
disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the
sales transaction between ISORM.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement
shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale
of Goods. ISORM.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the
exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Florida, Hillsborough
County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities
waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such
Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based
upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against
ISORM.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or
unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this
agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed
modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable
under applicable California law.
Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any
provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first partys right
to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party
of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the
other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is
made in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with ISORM.com invoice regarding the
products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between
ISORM.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous
proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions,
warranties, and all other communications between ISORM.com and Customer relating
to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by
any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
ISORM.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any
reason.
