Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To submit an RMA request please login to your account and select the order for which you need create an RMA.
All RMAs must be done online, any email request will be denied. Once your RMA is submitted we will review it and issue an RMA number to you.

Local Customers
We provide a flat
fee computer repair labor rate of $59 at our store. Additional parts and services cost extra.
